All information presented in classes is unbiased, evidence based and relevant to help parents-to-be to make the right choices for them about all aspects of pregnancy, labour, birth and early parenting. Parents come back to Laura when they are expecting another baby - whatever you need Bumps and More will have something to suit you.

Bumps and More offers a wide range of classes including  Hypnobirthing - is a complete antenatal education course; Bespoke Antenatal Classes; BabyCalm Courses and workshops and Doula Services. Plus the brand new ToddlerCalm classes.

Bumps and More believes that investing in the right preparation courses for birth and parenting is essential. So many parents pay for expensive courses which do not meet their needs. That's why Laura invites parents-to-be to attend a free Hypnobirthing Information Session to discover what Hypnobirthing can offer.

In these hard economic times Bumps and More understands that every penny needs counting and that value for money is a key concern. Whatever your budget we can find a course for you. Discounts are available on some courses/classes, please ask for details when enquiring. It is always embarrassing asking for a reduction in a course fee but please ask - I want you to have a course not go without and courses won't cost as much as you think!
